This is the best cooking class in Brisbane, Taya is an excellent facilitator and makes the class fun for everyone. You get to exclusively cook and eat your own food unlike other classes where everyone just cooks 1 thing.

I attended Taya’s Korean Cooking Master class as part of a birthday gift. My cooking experience was limited to the basics of any meal from my own kitchen. Taya assisted me and everyone else attending to make some fantastic and tasty food. And she made it feel easy.

Chef Taya's culinary school is absolutely brilliant! Her knack for simplifying and "Auzzie-afying" intricate Thai and other Asian cuisine recipes will ensure foolproof results every time. A lot of us try to wing it in the kitchen, especially with Asian flavours....Taya will teach you simple hints and tips that when you follow (which is the key), you can't stuff up! In addition, Chef Taya's warm personality makes learning a fun, cultural immersion filled with laughter, shared stories and masterful guidance. I've been to 4 of her classes, and will be back for more! Truely the best cooking class you'll ever attend. Embrace the opportunity and book a class. Such a fun day!
My partner and I attended together and enjoyed both the cooking and the food.
Taya did a great job at running the class, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and the dishes turned out so well! (Even better than we’ve had at restaurants)

I did the beginner Thai master class with Taya. It was absolutely fantastic, Taya makes the class very fun and you learn so much. She always has time to answer questions and help you out. Amazing experience doing a Thai cooking class with Taya last Saturday. I had been feeling a bit nervous about the class but Taya's sense of humour and 'no pressure' presentation meant I realloy enjoyed the class. She had trays of our ingredients pre-prepared and then educated us on each of the ingredients we were to use, some of which we needed to do some work with also. Her timing of the class as we worked through the morning, was impecable and meant we were able to enjoy eating our finished dishes in a leisurely manner at the end of the class. Hat's off to you Taya. Thank you for this wonderful experience and for being such an amazing teacher.
